Traffic Management Plan

With extensive experience delivering over 1,000 Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) across New South Wales, I have developed a deep understanding of road safety principles, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with all TfNSW and Austroads requirements. Each plan has been tailored to the specific conditions of the worksite to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, and construction personnel.

My experience spans a wide range of project types including civil roadworks, utility installations, crane and hoist operations, residential and commercial developments, and event management. All TMPs have been prepared in accordance with:

Key aspects of my TMP experience include:

Designing and reviewing Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) for all work stages and environments.

Coordinating with TfNSW, Local Councils, NSW Police, emergency services, and public transport operators.

Preparing documentation for Road Occupancy Licences (ROLs), Section 138 permits, and work zone applications.

Managing risk assessments, staging plans, aftercare setups, and night-work traffic arrangements.

Ensuring compliance with speed management, pedestrian safety, and emergency access requirements.

Through the successful completion of more than 1,000 TMPs, I’ve established a proven track record of delivering safe, practical, and regulatory-compliant traffic management solutions across NSW’s complex road network.
